Installation

Integra provides the professional field technicians and engineers required to install, commission, and maintain networks, servers and related applications.

Integra's installation service includes pre-installation checklists, site visits, and staging to ensure smooth commissioning of your solution.

Integra's verifies project deliverables via documentation provided to our clients demonstrating that each service, application or network phase has been completed.

Integra provides installation services on per hour, per day, or per task basis, customized to meet our clients' expectations.

Maintenance

Integra's Enhanced Support Centre supports both 'self service' customers and those needing turnkey on-site maintenance. Maintenance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Integra technicians will be on-site within agreed-upon response times, typically less than 4 hours. Our technicians are trained and equipped to solve your problems, along with our Technical Support Help Desk and partners. Integra continuously manages our maintenance activities, logging all details. Once resolved, information gained is added to our help desk database of 'Frequently Asked Questions' so that future incidents can be resolved more rapidly.
