The 15th annual ECNO Conference is kicking off this Sunday, June 1st.

This year’s conference focuses on 21st century classroom learning and many different vendor sessions and networking opportunities have been designed to support this theme, allowing attendees to leave with valuable ideas to address the needs of today’s students.

Speaker: Michael Killoran, VP at Bradford Networks –  Well known for his extensive history in the IT industry and more specifically, his experience with Network Access Control (NAC). Michael along with his world-class leadership team, specializing in network intelligence, oversaw the growth at dynaTrace that led to an acquisition by Compuware in 2011.

Vernon Carter is a Sr. Systems Engineer with Meru Networks, who began his career in as a Wireless Solutions Professional in 1991 while serving as a Company Commander in the US Army Signal Command following receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina. In 1999, Vernon was recruited by Lucent Technologies to serve as the Operations Manager for their Advanced Technologies group out of Dallas Texas and later took on a Managing Consultant role with inCode Wireless where he led the Wi-Fi Practice for both the US and Canada. Vernon continues to be driven by innovative technologies which led him to his role with Meru Networks. Vernon has earned numerous industry and vendor certifications in both wired and wireless technologies. He lives in Markham with his wife and four children, five if you count their black Labrador retriever.
